Please excuse my ignorance of the technical terms! The bottom plastic piece of the coil balance assembly is cracked (see bottom of picture). I had a window made by MI Windows and Doors, Inc. and the coil balance was broken and could not hold the opened windows. The window is MI 8500 series (WxH 85in x 75in).
