The later picture is the broken slide on a window that tilts in at the top. The earlier picture is from a window that isn't broken. I couldn't find any manufacturer. The house was built in 2005. Thank you.

Broken part

I'm sending a photo of the broken window and another window that is not broken. Is it the coil housing that is broken? I'm not sure what that is called. But, it is broken on both sides, so I need. 2 of them.

Hello, I found a broken coil balance in one of my MI 3500 windows (circa 2000). There are no markings on the coil balance - any idea what replacement part I should order?

Hello, I'm looking for (2) different parts. The First part is a replacement for a broken window sash lock, size is 2-1/4" from center screw to center screw and 1/2" from center screw to edge. The second part is a left side balancer, 1-1/4" wide. Thanks!

Following up here?I need replacement springs and I found your site and am hoping for the correct replacement recommendation.
