What springs do i use 740S190 or 540S190 With Double Support Detent Clip Product Code: 15-181 and Coil Balance Shoe Product Code: 15-180

I have multiple guillotine tilt upper windows that do not stay in the up position and slam down. The spring mechanism looks good but as you can see in the picture, the plastic part has broken on each window I have inspected. What part # is it that I would need to order? Thanks

Hi Swisco I have 2 problems, broken tilt latch and coil balance. 1- Tilt latch dimension: Length 2 10/16 to 2 11/16 inches, width 11/16 to 12/16 inch, depth 7/16"inch. The part that I'm missing is called the coil balance shoe, I believe. It's the round part that fits in the bottom of the long rectangular piece and keeps the window open. The existing piece is broken and the window will not stay open.
