We have a living room (LR) window w/number and warranty info. The number is 26252980.1 w/warranty Info BMDH3. We only need the pivot lock shoe for this window. In the bedroom we need two coiled springs w/#632 stamped into springs. and possibly a screw. The # is 262253040.1 warranty info is BMDH3. ... (cont.)

I took the part out of the window and the only marking that i could see is shown in the pictures, that is attached. There is only a "A" showing. These condo's was build in 2001, if that that help. Thanks, Mary

Need coil balance shoe for MI vinyl window

Hi I am trying to identify which coil balance will match the ones shown in the photo. The existing balances are 1/2" x 1 1/4" double coil. Sash weighs about 10 lbs. let me know if you need more information. thanks Jack

I couldn't find any markings on the part or window. I think the window is 20-21 pounds based on my weight with and without holding the window. I would need 3 left and 3 right although they looked identical. thanks

hi I'm trying to replace the tilt window balance assembly in the pictured window and assembly. I don't know the brand of the windows, nor are there any markings on the balance parts. (not sure I am using the correct terminology). The window is approximately 32"H X 33"W.

Window is a CertainTeed Bryn Mawr III vinyl window. The pivot shoe is 2" long, and it cracked at the bottom allowing the black cam to fall out. The pivot shoe is 9/16 wide. Coil Springs do not have any identifying marks Dimensions of the coil assembly with coil is 1-1/4" wide; 2-15/16" length; depth 1/2" Sash weighs 18.9 pounds Windows are about 12 years old. No markings. Oddly - identical windows sashes and weights - some had 1 coil others had 2.

I have MI windows. Series 380 DH; H-R25-47x73; AAMA NWWDA 101/I.S. 2-97. They are double hung, each part can tilt inward for cleaning. It appears that both bottom (top window) plastic hinge parts are broken. Need both R and L ones.
