Window installer called it boot but maybe it is a shoe? It's the thing on inside of frame that allows window to go up/down and perhaps valances the window.

I need to replace this constant force balance system in a single hung window measuring 35 3/4 x 59 3/4 in an 85 series single hung window. The number is faded but it appears to have the number 9 for LB rating.

There are no markings and no numbers on this piece.

Hi, I was folding my bathroom window inward and the plastic part above (which is inside the mounting frame) broke. It's approximately 3 inches long. I believe the window is a Permaseal 1450 series. Any idea where I can get a replacement plastic part? Thanks, -Gary
