I have Certainteed double hung replacement windows in my house. Recently, this balance system broke. Looking from the inside, the device is on the left side top window. The number ?632? is etched into each coil and they are 1/2? wide. The only information that I found in the windows is: Duralite Tm ... (cont.)

Looking to replace the part in the picture for 2 of my windows. The windows cant stay open. The bottom portion that connects with the window have broken off. There is also no identification of weight on the windows or this part. Thanks.

Constant force coil window balance

Image 1 is the broken coil balance. It's a dual coil balance. The detent clip is 3/4 inches wide and 3 inches long. The coil spring is 1/2 inch wide. The sash is 8 lbs. Coils are 1//2" wide with a single screw mount & slightly curved edge where mounted, with 427 stamped on each coil. The coils look like your S190. White balance with white cover with 2 spacers on cover for balance bushing to ride on similar to your 15-181. 2 screws go through balance bushing space ... (cont.)

Can you tell me what the part number is and do you have this item? This came out of a double hung tilt in window. The number on the coil is 9. Also, I will need a left and right. 3 sets. Thanks, Kelsey

The spring has two screws at the bottom and the number 640 stamped on the spring. The spring is 1/2 in wide
