This is a picture of a pivot balance that I need to replace on one of my windows. It is approximately 2" long and 1.25" wide. I am unable too find any identification anywhere on the windows.

When they are not stamped what is another way to determine the number needed to repair a sash?

Hello! I have a double hung window (Capitol 9555 series) cannot hold window. It looks the coil balance spring was broken. The number on the spring is "7". Could you tell which spring model I should buy? Thanks!

I don't see any manufacturer's name on the windows. I also don't see any stamping on the coils. The home was built by Ryan Homes. I would like to replace the coil balances in about five windows.

Hello, I need to replace these (pics attached) for 5 M/I Windows that are single hung. They have a "9" stamped on the coil. Three of the windows measure 62.5H x 34.5W and two measure 70.5H x 34.5W. Can you please let me know the exact part to order? Thank you, Jamison

These look to be series 190, but I cant find any stampings on them. Doubles are stamped #6 Single is stamped #8

Replaced glass in 3 windows. Coils no longer working perhaps because they are 18+years old and new glass is heavier.
