Windows have dual coil balance springs on each side of window. Upper coil spring is labeled 440 and lower coil spring is labeled 540 Width of spring is 1/2 inch Weight of window is 23.4 pounds Springs are 25 years old. All other parts work properly, tilt window shoe locks etc. Springs ... (cont.)

The only part number I can find is on the coil #540. The window weighs 19 lbs. Instead of buying 4 #540 coils for ea. window would 2 S140-19 work for ea. window and 2 pivot bars?

The coils of the coil balancer are broken in multiple windows. 1 window measures ~17" tall for the sash (1/2 of the window) and 2 other windows that measure ~31" for the sash. This is about 1 1/4" wide and 9/16" wide. There are no markings on the windows or this piece. As far as I can tell, the part that the window hooks in broke or disintegrated. Both the left and right sides need to be replaced.

The constant balance system in my window is not functioning. The coils seem to be intact. But the plastic has decayed and broken on the shoe. Please help me identify the parts needed to fix the window. Please see attached photos.
