The window model number is gx7166.do not see any numbers of markings on hardware3inches long 3/4inch wide

I have a window sash that has broken return springs. They aren't many markings on them, but might be M & W? What are the part numbers for the replacement parts? Where can I buy them?

Not sure what I need to order. The springs are stamped with the numeral 5. The housing that holds the cam broke. The left side which is broken has two coils and the right side has only one coil. Do I need to replace both sides in pairs?Thank you,Joe

First pic is the bottom which the window fits in and the second it the one attached to the jamb.the window has a LENOX sticker on it.it is not a coil spring but a flat steel spring

The part that I'm missing is called the coil balance shoe, I believe. It's the round part that fits in the bottom of the long rectangular piece and keeps the window open. The existing piece is broken and the window will not stay open.

Contractor installed when house was built in 1997. This is the right coil spring balance for a tilt-in, double-hung window to fit a 35" x 59" opening.

We have a living room (LR) window w/number and warranty info. The number is 26252980.1 w/warranty Info BMDH3. We only need the pivot lock shoe for this window. Need coil balance shoe for MI vinyl window

Hi I am trying to identify which coil balance will match the ones shown in the photo. The existing balances are 1/2" x 1 1/4" double coil. Sash weighs about 10 lbs. let me know if you need more information. thanks Jack

Take a look at our 15-180 Pivot Shoe. This shoe is compatible with our Series 190 coil springs. For a new clip cove,r see our 15-186. Let us know if you have any questions.

I couldn't find any markings on the part or window. I think the window is 20-21 pounds based on my weight with and without holding the window. I would need 3 left and 3 right although they looked identical. thanks

Window is a CertainTeed Bryn Mawr III vinyl window. The pivot shoe is 2" long, and it cracked at the bottom allowing the black cam to fall out. The pivot shoe is 9/16 wide.
