I have a 28.5" x 18.5" window sash with a coil balancer and the coil broke (not certain of the weight). The old balancer doesn't appear to be from Swisco so the pictures may not be helpful but y'all seem to be the experts in window balancers so I'd like to replace it with a Swisco coil balancer. ... Hello, I need to replace my window coil balancer. can yuo please identify and let me know the part number so that I can order. On the coil it is showing #5 on one of the coil and number 6 on the other one. On the plastic I see #3.

I have a MI window where part of the outer -upper sash has broken- one of the parts as shown in IMG 3249 with the second picture IMG 3258 showing the same part on a different window that is still working well. Do you sell these parts? Can it be replaced in the outer track?

I have brokern window balance parts and I can't seem to locate a name or a part number. This is from one side of the window. The both sdes are the same.

There is a number, 640, stamped on the spring just below the screw. I did not find any numbers on the lock mechanism. I can get a weight on the sash if that helps. Thank you, Ed

I titled the window and dismount the window. Attached pictures shows one of the sash lock is broken (a plastic piece)

Looking for a replacement dual coil balance and shoe assembly.

I have 5 windows that have these assemblies, but they are broken and will not stay up when the lower sash is lifted. I hope you're able to identify the assembly with the photos of the assembly and the ID tag that was on the window.

Hello, the left and right of what's in this photo has broken. The area where the window post goes into is broken and will not rotate. Can these be replaced ?

There is no writing on any of it. From base of window to top of white part is approx 32in. Can clearly see one side complete missing the shoe, and the other side the shoe has a crack at the bottom therefore not supporting anythingPics of it uninstalled. Unable to find right sided shoe ... (cont.)

I went to fold out this window this morning a discovered that the sash (I believe thats what it is called) is broken on the right side of the sliding window itself.
