Looking for replacement parts for a single hung Capitol window. About 21 years old and springs are breaking. Not sure of the weight or model.

the only marking is a 5 on the top coil and a 6 on the bottom coil. 12 of these need to be replaced in 6 windows. Do you have the assembled unit available? The window size is 28 wide by 29 high. The coil and pin broke. There is no marking on the coil to tell me what weight it is.

Hi, my windows each use 4 coil balance springs with a "5" marked on them in the S190 shape/style. Each side uses the double coil supports up top that anchor them and the shoes have the coils screwed into both sides. 540 is what is on the coil. I saw no other identifying marks, numbers, words or letters on the parts or the window. All of the stickers on the windows appear to have been worn or taken off.
