S190-540 540 S190 Coil Balance Spring

Only marking on balance appears to be the letter "A" stamped on the back of one of the parts. Window sash is 31" wide by 33.5" tall and weighs 20.1 lbs (weighed it with luggage scale).

Looking for 10 upper and lower or a if both are a set. counter balances for better bilt vinyl windows sold at lowes in 2007.

Existing parts are less than 1 1/4' in width. I measured it between 3/4 and 5/8 of an inch. I am returning 1 1/4; do you have the right replacements?

I need 6 window balancers. I'm not sure what brand of vinyl window it is but it is builder grade for a 21 year old house. The metal tape is stamped 540. That is the only identifying number. Can you help me identify what parts I need?

Unfortunately i don't see any names, numbers, or markings on these. There is also a plastic piece that come down from the screw that has broken off.

I identified a single hung needing a coil balance. I think the series is 1255/3500/3540hs it is a single coil.

I currently have two windows that were manufactured incorrectly as they were made with single coil springs. The sash seems to way about 20-22lbs (33in x 30in double pain).
