S380-37 37" Series 380 Channel Balance

I need 6 balances. They are 37" long and the sash weighs about 40lbs.

No numbers stamped, only these printed on. I have no idea what they mean Here's a full view the numbers are 36 9 Gx cmc 7

Series 380; 37" Channel Balance stamped 3635 - which is the appropriate Option?

See post title. I think it's a 380 series. Does that look right?

Hello. I need a replacement for my caldwell window balances. I need two of them (one for each side of the window). The markings on the balance are: "36 4 GO CALDWELL". Please help. Thank you.

Please identify the balance needed. I will need to replace both sides. The measurements are 37" long with a 1/2" width. Pictures are attached. Please respond.

Confirming part to order. Stamped on metal- 3606 and NK BSI. Body (metal-steel) is 37" long and 1/2 inch ide. This looks like your Series 380 with 19-005 top and 15-005 shoe. My house was built by Ryan Homes in 1993. I have two windows that need new channel balances. It looks like a series 350 or 380 on your site. the bottom shoe is a 15-005 since it is an inch. My current channel balance is 37" long (metal to metal), and has the 19-005 top guide and the 15-005 bottom shoe. The back of the channel is stamped with "36 4". Which series of your guides would replace this ? Are the differences between the various Series of balances (350, 351, 370, 371, 377, ... (cont.)
