S380-37 37" Series 380 Channel Balance

I have balances that resemble your Series 351 and 390. But the shoe on my balance is about 1-1/4" from from to back, or perhaps heel to toe. Will that make a difference? I need eight or more balances.

Need to replace about 8 of these. The stamped number does not quite match up with the ones on your website. Don't want to make a mistake so I thought I would check with you first. my block and tackle balance is 37" and stamped 3650 with BSI rotated 90 and TL on it.I want to replace the balances on on the one window that has both tops broken off How can I remove the window to remove the balances when the top clips are missing and wont retain the balance?

We have Norandex windows and need window balances. Number stamped on balance is 3635 BS1. We looked at the part S380-37 but do not know the option for the sash weight range. Can you recommend which one please? Thank you.

I have a two-piece casement window with the lower casement that slides up to open and down to close. The broken piece is at the top of the lower casement and the piece ensures that the channel balance stays in place when the window is being opened or closed.

I just purchased two of your Series 380 channel balances. My window doesn't work well at all with these new parts. The lower eight inches of movement are extremely hard to operate, either up or down. This balance is stamped "3606," but I do not see that selection from which to order from the S380 series 37" balance. So I weighed the window and it was 34.2#. Therefore, based on the weight range for the S380 series, I am assuming it would be a 3650. Can you verify? Also I just installed a S380 ... (cont.)

I need two channel balances for a Norandex 6 over 6 Single Hung aluminum window.They are stamped BSI 3630, and the metal channel is 37 inches long, and nominally 1/2 " wide by 5/8" deep.
