Bedroom window will not stay up in position. Window measures 36 1/2" W X 55 3/8" H....No identifying brand name inside sash frame. Only a AAMA CERTIFICATION PROGRAM DECAL ( with series and numbers). Existing parts are less than 1 1/4' in width. I measured it between 3/4 and 5/8 of an inch. I am returning 1 1/4; do you have the right replacements?

Hello I was hoping you can help me identify these coil balance parts. The coil is 1/2" wide and is stamped with a 9. It's a triple coil I think the detent clip and bushings are good I would like to replace the pivot shoe and coils. Thank you for your help with this.

Looking for attached part...the only marking I have is on the spring and its a 6. The attached part is for a larger window. I also have a smaller window that needs the same part. I'm looking for the whole assembly for both windows.

Is the S190-640 a 6 lb spring? Also, how long is it? I have several coil balance springs that need replaced on double hung windows 32 x 62h and want to be sure these springs are long enough. I had a window made by MI Windows and Doors, Inc. and the coil balance was broken and could not hold the opened windows. The window is MI 8500 series (WxH 85in x 75in). The window manufacturer is balancing out the weight of the window with one heavy and one lighter spring. You should replace exactly what you have. The 640 is stronger than the 540.
