Hi, I have to windows that will not stay up. The coil springs are broken on both sides and I'm looking for replacements. One shoe is also broken, but I'd prefer to replace them all. Hi I havea MI window and door 3500 SH 12675845.4. The window doesn't stay open. From what I'm learning, the shoe plastic is broken. Window isn't staying in the position I move it too and slams back down. Do I just need to get a replacement shoe? Both coils have the #6 as well.

The two window coils in my bathroom window snapped. I see a 6 on the coil and the actual is 0.5 inches

Hello, I need to replace my window coil balancer. can yuo please identify and let me know the part number so that I can order. On the coil it is showing #5 on one of the coil and number 6 on the other one. On the plastic I see #3.

There is a number, 640, stamped on the spring just below the screw. I did not find any numbers on the lock mechanism. I can get a weight on the sash if that helps. Thank you, Ed

As you can see if you look close, both left and right pivots are broken at the bottom. They both need replacing, however I do not know which part will be the replacement if you have them? Please contact me thru email or directly by phone or text. Thank you.

My window does not stay up...keeps sliding down. I saw the broken parts and coils. I think I would need the sets of coil balance accessories.
