Ordered new balance from Swisco. They did not fit. Can you help with identifying old balance on the photos included.

Spring numbers are 540 and 640

I need two of these spring balances. The spring seem okay but I guess we should get the entire unit. Thanks

One of the coils is 5 and the other is 6. I don't need the carrier I just thought it might help. I need both sides for 2 windows.

The coil balance on the upper window sash needs to be replaced. Additional details: - On the coil closest to the pivot, there appears to be a "6" stamped on the side. - On the coil furthest away from the pivot (top of photo), there appears to be a "5" stamped on the side. - Carriage is 1.25" wide x ... My window no longer stays open anymore. It just slams shut so I decided to troubleshoot. I see a 9 engraved on the coil. The bottom hook part of my coil balancers are broken it appears. This is for my single hung windows that tilt in.

Can't find any numbers on anything so not sure which one will work for me. Will need both sides. Hopefully you can tell me the ones that will work. Sash weighs about 23lbs. Thank You, Don

Hello I need help identifying the parts in the photos. The coil spring balance has a 6 or 9 on the spring,see photo. A total of 10 assemblies needed . The the other type have 14B stamped on. 16 needed. In both cases I am assuming right and left are the same part. Thank you

Hey, have several windows that have just one side where the coil balance snapped. I don't know if the top plastic and bottom piece come with a new coil bablance, or if you just order the coils. They are from a 2003 MI Home/Xact window 35" w by 35 1/4" h. the broken coil springs are 1/2" wide. My guess is part number 740 S190 but wanted your opinion. Thanks!

640 is on end of one coil spring. I will need both sides.

Attached pix show a window that will not stay up. Its partner window works fine. I would like to know if you can match the spring cartridges from the pix.
