I just bought balances from you. Went to install them and discovered the top sash guides broken on the windows that won't stay open. Balances may not have been the issue for me. Please advise what guide/lock I need for my windows. (See attached pictures) Thank you.

There is one on each window corner. Probably needed to grab/hold the balance when closing down the window. I took this out of a customers window and didn't think to take a picture of it attached to the window.

I also need 34, 4, 15p124, 15p104 guides. I need to order for 7 windows now, and 5 in a couple of weeks.

Can't quite get this to match any parts in you catalog but all my parts are seriously oxidized and broken. Hard to get good dimensions. "PGT" is on sash lock but the PGT guide in your listing, 18-015 is not a dimensional match as far as I can tell. Just moved into home. all windows need rebuilding ... (cont.)

5/8 channel 7/8 on top 1 1/4 long

Pictures of the Top Sash Guide are attached. the channel is a 5/8. the height of the entire clip is 1 7/8 tall, 5/8 wide, 1/4 inch to the top hole for the screw, 5/8 from the tab to the bottom of the top plate, top plate is 5/8 x 1/2. Trying to identify replacement parts for this window. The channel balance (metal portion) is 29 3/4? long, 1/2? wide. Any help would be appreciated.

can't find winged shoe as depicted in 1 and 2. On Top Shash guide I'm looking at 18-064 all measurements very close, but no sharp tooth on front. 18-009 not as good on screw holes, but has tooth. On what I call window spacer, can you give me a part number?

I have windows marked exactly the same but I need the fitting attached to the side of the window that grabs the channel balance. I have a few broken window channel balances. The windows are all non-tilt windows with 1/2? channels. I tried to match it to your channel balances and it appears to match your S380 series (with a 19-005 channel balance top and 15-005 balance shoe) Can you confirm based on the attached pictures?The ...
