Hello! just received my 29" series 390 Channel balances and one was installed with no problem. When installing the second one i realized that the white piece of plastic that should be on the top of the rail in the window itself (and that retains the balance) is missing. bought a house in FL and half my windows are falling down the clip which is held in by a screw at the top right and left of my window is dried out and cracked and need to find replacement for them can you identify it and send pricing Thanks Regards

Hey I have this broken guide that goes at the top of the window sash in my metal windows. A bunch of them are broken. It is just under 9/16" wide and 1 5/8" tall. My window sash weighs 29.6 lbs, but the sash 1850 only goes up to 20 lbs, which one should I buy? Also the metal guide is 19.6 inches (50cm), should I buy the 19inch option. I recently purchased S390 balances and 18-166 top sash guides. While the balances went in nicely and are working fine, it turns out the top sash guides are not a good fit. But they're the closest match I see on your page. What can I do?

I sent pictures of the exact Id sticker of my broken window. It opens and closes correctly but will not stay open. I believe it's a kinco window. I need both left and right sides. The part i am looking for is a plastic piece that holds the metal channel pice in place. It is the one on the left side of the window as you look at it from inside the house

This is a part of the clip used in holding the window up. There are also metal/ aluminum rods below these clips. Looking to replace these parts.

Hello. We have new balancers on hand without guides. Can you recommend guides to use in iur channel balancers and the pins to secure them to channel? Also shipping informationDean

This is an aluminum window and both channel balances are fully extended and the cap on the window is broken (on both sides). I think all I need is the caps but because they are broken in pieces I'm not sure what they look like.

I need to replace about 20 windows my sashes are cracked and I'm trying to get to the best dimensions and I've been looking through your website hopefully you can help me so much thank you
