Hello, I have PGT SH-4000 windows that I need to balances for and the clips on the top please.

I need to replace several window balances throughout my house. The sash guides failed and the balances shot up and failed due to the initial failure. From seeing someone else's post on here, I belive these may be Kinco windows. The markings on the balances are "29 3 KW CMC 11" on the left balance ... (cont.)

attached is pic of a black 'stop' that broke at the top of the window. I was unable to find it on your web site. Is it a necessary part? If so, do you have them?

Hello, I need one more part identified. I believe it is the sash guide? There was only one remaining and part of it has obviously cracked off, so I'm not sure how long it was originally. I don't know if it is decorative or actually functional. Thank you for your help. Debi

Hi,I need two top sash guides and, two channel balances for my Kinco double-pane window (house is built in 1995). The channel balance is 29 inch long and has "28 5 HN CALDWELL" on it. I orderd some 18-009 top sash guides. Here are some pictures of one of the top sash guides i took off my window. The white one is the one I received from you guys. Please tell me what you think would be the right size top sash guide for my windows based on the pictures.

I have non-tilt windows. That little plastic piece that keeps pressure on the channel balance is broken. I would need two of those. Not sure what they're called.

I am trying to identify the part at the top of the window that retains the window balance. Attached is a picture of the window model information and a picture of the broken plastic part with the Phillips head screw at the top of the channel for the window balance. Regards
