Will be using with S800-29 3/8" wide channel

I need 2 top sash guides for an aluminum style window installed on a house built in 1989 in Jacksonville, FL. My window balances vary (24" & 29") I believe they are 9/16" channel balances

I have included photos of the top of the window where the clips have broken off to allow the springs to disengage. I need to know the parts to order and how to reinstall and reset the springs. The broken one is original. The white one is willing to replace a couple years ago. Can you recommend the right part to repair it is thank you. Also, do you sell the little metal clips that hold the guide in place by you repair the window

I need the balances and the guides for my Kinco windows. The balances have the following numbers/letters 34 4 NM BSI. I could not find any identifying marks on the guides. Hi, I'm looking for a replacement piece for this black plastic piece that screws into the top of the channel of our window. It seems to be the piece that keeps the channel balance from going beyond the top of the window. Thank you! Vickie

I got a channel balance and end pieces, but when I push down on the window, the bottom end piece, which is slanted, is just wedged against the side of the frame and the window pushes down past it.
