I'm replacing the window balances in my PGT single hung windows, which I received from you this morning. I noticed the top corner plastic pieces have uv damage and I believe these prevent the balances from rising up to the top of the window. Hoping you sell these corner pieces?

I need the size in the middle that does not overhang You sent me the larger ones on each side. They overhang on the ends and the sides, and will not fit. I'm a previous customer who has purchased channel balances and 1/2" top sash guides before (18-036).

Please let me know if more detailed photos are needed. The metal portion of these balancers are 30" long and 3/8 wide.They have "29 4" stamped on rail.
