One window weighs 28 lbs. The number in it is 29- 4 da2 cmc7 The other one weighs 30 lbs. The number on it is 29-9 ca2 cmc4. I need a set of each and sets of the sash top. Could you please tell me what to get? Thank you.

Good afternoon. I'm trying To find this plastic piece that is screwed onto the top of both sides of the windows. They are all around 20 years old and dry rotted and breaking cashing the windows to not stay up and fall down. Does your company happen to carry these parts or know where I can find them? ... Not sure of the window manufacturer. There is an rating/listing label in the window track, it refers to a part number beginning with H-LC30XXXXX. I can send more photos if needed.

Looking for 4 window sash guides and balance guides. Balance is 1/2" x 30" long. Sash is 7/8" at top 5/8" wide and 1-1/2" long

Its a plastic end that screws to the upper right and left corner of the window that holds the spring tensioner. These pieces tend to become brittle from sun exposer breaking and allowing the spring to slide up the window.

I am in need of 2 new sashes for my window. I have attached pics of the Sash that failed and was removed from my window. Can you please help in locating the sash and also the pieces that go on the window itself. I added a pic of that as well
