Hello, I have a few windows that have broken sash cams and the balance comes up to the top of the windows. The balance seems to be fine-strings are good. Please let me know what I need to fix them. I am trying to identify these window balance for replacement. Both window balances measure 28 inches in length and have 1/2 (9/16) inch width. One is stamped 2730 and the other is stamped 2730X.

Is S350 the right type for my window channel balance? My width 1/2". My metal only length 34". Number stamped: 3330. Is top sash guide 18-110 the right type? My measurements as per your website picture seem to match. Please see the attached pictures. Thanks

--Length of the metal channel: 30 inch. --Stamp printed:"2975 (a logo) AC". --Manufacture: Milgard Window. It was probably from 2007. --It's a single hung Milgard window. --Need 4 balances for two of the Milgard single hung window.

Top cap is 7/8 inch wide facing screw holes. Lower unit is close to 5/8 inch wide. Distance from bottom of cap to bottom of wedge is 1 5/16 inch. Bottom of cal to center of bottom hole is 11/16 inch. Hole to hole centerline is 7/16 inch. What is your part number for this please?

I purchased 4 window channels on 3/11/22 and when installing them I noticed the windows don't have 3 of the plastic tops that seem to hold the channels in place. Can these be replaced and if so what is the cost? The top measurements are 15/16ths by 5/8ths and the hole is 5/8ths by ½ inch. If you ne ... (cont.)

From 1994 installed window..Hi,i'm having trouble with several breaking off at the top...approximately 7/8 width for the top...1 and 3/8 top to bottom height and approximately 5/8 across the bottom...7/8 from mid screw hole to the top....Thanks

I do not the name of this part. It is part of the window that help to stop the sash balance. This help to open and close windows.

Looking for PGT top sash guide and balances. Window label is SH4000. Letters on the balances are "36 4 EBS1". The metal part of the balances are 37" long. Thank you.

I'm not sure what the part is called, but it screws into the window and catches the rod as it rises and lowers. I would need two of them.

I am trying to find the right sash. You can see that I have ordered a number of sashes, but none of those are correct. Can you find me the correct replacement? You can send me as many as you need to help expedite this replacement.

I ordered this from this company prior and can't remember what size I ordered. Also is it normal for the top sash to fail after only about two years. Measurements 1 9/16 long Top is 7/8 wide
