Hi, i need several springs/coils and the metal rods that attach to the window that go into the spring/coil. I did not find any manufacturer name on the window....I'm hoping its a generic window and you have the parts. Thank you, appreciate any help. Tony

The existing bars are 2 3/4 inches long total. The one hole from the locking end to the center of the hole is one and 5/8 inch. Hello, I am looking for this piece for couple of our windows.

I own apartments with new windows installed in 2011. Several have broken pivot pins needing replacement.
