18-168 Yale Ogron Vent Bracket

I am fairly confident the repalcement channel balance I need is the S350-28 2740 but I also need two additional parts. A piece that goes in the window casing to stop the channel balance and a cap for the top of the window frame. See pictures. Do you sell these parts?

This clip is in the top corners of aluminum window sash. The 385 balance spring slide in the Groove of part. The little rectangular part slides in the part and is some kind of lock (it is broken and missing part of it).

Just have a couple windows in our condo we just purchased. This is all that is left from top guide. Any chance you can identify part number. Thanks

Window Top Sach, nor marks or hardware numbers. All other pieces is broken. Have included the measure.

When I remove both sides it looks like there is a right and a left for the sash guides. both are cracked and missing pieces.I measure 1" for the width and 7/8" long

I bought four 16" Series 351 Channel Balances. I didn't realize I also needed four of the part in the pictures. This piece attached to the top of the sides of the window and fit in the channel.

I am requesting assistance in orders single hung Caswell balances and some pics are uploaded here .

Need help identifying Sash guide. There is a left and right guide opposite hand. The channel where the mounting screw is located is just over 5/8" wide. The overall height of the remaining part is just over 5/8"

Hello, I have an apartment with a single (broken) sash window that has no remaining balance hardware to use for identification purposes. The attached are images after taking out the sash window. After a lot of jerking around, I finally got these two channels away from the window. I'm not sure how they'll go back in, but I trust you can help with some good instructions. Your video clip looks neat but I don't have that little latch on the inside of the frame used to help get the channel out ... (cont.)

I bought a house with some windows that do not have balancers. The window glass is about 23" and the distance between the top balance hole to I think you call it a Yale catch is 23". Looks like a 1/2 " wide balancer would fit. I don't know if the top holes should have clips or not since they don't. ... (cont.)
