Hi, there is no name or label on the window but the device arm has a GU with two diagonal chevrons imprinted on it

Not sure if these are Crestline or Vetter windows but I'm fairly certain these are vinyl windows from 1997 in the Minneapolis, MN area. The attached pictures is for a left handed crank system (Active Co. NY) that I need to get three replacement. The measurements is 4" from left to right and the dept is 2 ½" inches
