Need help identify parts

The existing truth hardware operates fine if removed from the window. If attached then only works to open the window and can't close. Looks like the thread but pops up

The arm says Del Mar Toronto. Casements haven't been opened in years, and I'd love to replace hardware and get them fixed. Any guess as to what parts you might have to replace? Thanks!

I just purchased your operator 39-317. My original is just a slight bit longer on both pieces; arms that extend out to push the sash closed. The white part body is a perfect match But The window won't close. And I can't adjust it. ? Do you have another one that is a perfect fit/match? ... (cont.)

I have a homeowner with older casement windows that needs new window crank's and guides. The window cranks are Truth 21550.

Greeting from Hawaii, I've attached pictures of the window actuator that needs replacing. We have figured out the hinges, part number is 36-004-10.

This picture is of left side window because the right side window, which is the one that is broke can not open and then shut but you'll get the hint. We need the metal arm replaced for the right side. Can you help?

I need to replace the window crank. The clip is at the bottom, I saw the name "Wright" on one of the parts. I need one for the left and one for the right (two different windows). Will part number 39-317 and 39-318 work?

I need to Replace these Split arm window operators I'll need 9 Right hand and 6 left hand along with 15 handles. Do you have compatible replacement parts guaranteed to fit. I found part numbers which are 39-317 39-318 and 39-114L for handles will these be the rite ones to replace mine I have shown. ... (cont.)

Unfortunately, we don't have any stores, we're only online. As long as your dimensions match up with our part #39-317, the part should work for you. This is what I have. It looks like too short.
