I need replace that casement is not working properly

Hi,We just bought a new house. Several of the windows have little as on the opener that pop out from the bottom of the window when I crank them closed. I think possibly the little black square that slides across the bottom of the window needs to be replaced. Do you have them (or other thoughts about ... (cont.)

Hello, looking for a replacement crank for my casement window. Hurd is the brand. The crank has the number 032398 in black ink on the bottom. The longest black arm has 41012 stamped in the metal. The smaller black arm is stamped with 31876. The house was built in 2000.

I think the manufacturer is Truth, but I can't identify a part number or a site to purchase a replacement. Any suggestions?

Hello, I have one broken window handle that snapped off and another window handle that was missing in the home we moved into. They both appear to be different. I need to replace the crank mechanisms in 8 windows and the parts I ordered are incorrect. The parts from the window are pictured.

The operator jams at the last 1" position when closing preventing the window from fully closing. If I use force it feels like the gears are slipping. The operator was made in 2001 and the part numbers I see are as follows: - straight arm 41011 - swivel arm 31876
