In reference to my order (S160-9, 15-191 and 15-150S) I would like to give you the following feedback. The Pivot shoes and spring retainers were exact matches to the existing parts I was replacing. There is one of these on each side of the window track. The plastic covering is breaking apart and there is a circular spring inside it.

In the attached image is what my coil balance looks like. That is the right side. Left side cover was completely deteriorated and when I went to unlock the shoe the springs sprung. Also there isn't a cutout in the frame to remove the coil balance. Any suggestions? Window is double pane and 33 inches ... (cont.)

Im looking for a replacement pivot shoe for a dove window. Looks likes its 17/32" thick by 1-1/4" wide by 1" high. The ones that look like it are 1/2" thick (15-111 and 15-191) will those work? or is there one thats 17/32 thick I can use?
