We are unable to locate any name/number ect on the window or balance. Its a pretty unique balance so hoping you can ID it for us. We have two window sizes 58 x 34 1/2 and 47 x 21 1/2. We need 4 for the smaller ones and 16 for the larger ones.

Depth is 0.5 in, width 1.25 in, high 3.5 in

Im try to find replacement springs for this spring.says 5.5 and 35". Also pivot lock shoes like the ones pictured. Thanks for the help

We have traco windows in our dorm building on campus. They have coiled springs in the window for a balance. The plastic holder that holds the springs are broken and need to be replaced. There are 3 constant force coils per side. The window weights 35.6lb the pivot brake/shoe is 30mm (1 1/4inch wide) by 30mm (1 1/4inch) high and 14mm (1/2inch) depth(depth of the channel. Our bottom sash weighs 30lbs and has a triple coil balance that needs replaced. We feel almost certain we need the Series 160 coils. There is no stamp identifier on the old coils that we could find. Hello..hope you can help. I need two of the pictured pivot shoes. I tried the 15-208 and it fit perfectly but didn't hold the window up. On closer inspection I noticed the sides have teeth like grabbers. Please help me if you can. Thanks for your time -ed

Attached are photos of a balance used to replace the old coil type lift shown next to it. The balance is 33" x 9/16" x 9/16". The old shoe from the coil type lift is 1 1/4" x 17/32". Hello, these photos are from a Simonton window, I included a photo of a tag I could find. The window seems to be falling out of the bottom sash when tilted in. Also a plastic cover located higher is busted. Can you please advise what parts I need to order to fix this issue?

Hi, Some of my window coil balance covers are broken, the spring exposed and the assembly seems blocked the tilt latch, so I can't move the sash up all the way without un-latch the sash. The thickness of the balance (I have ordered one from you, 9/16") seems need one less than 1/2". Any suggestions? ... (cont.)

What type of window would require a balance like this, and where can i find these?

My windows is Simmonton Dimension One series that is installed on 1997. I need to replace the whole balance assembly and latches for my windows. The stamp on the coil is 5.5 64" pat523208
