Pivot lock shoe for window
Hi - I'm trying to find this pivot lock shoe replacement part for my window. The sticker on the window says 'window series 4250 SH' and then says 'H-R30-48x77'. Can you please help me locate the correct part to replace? Thanks!

trying to find correct pivot shoe
Hello..hope you can help. I need two of the pictured pivot shoes. I tried the 15-208 and it fit perfectly but didn't hold the window up. On closer inspection I noticed the sides have teeth like grabbers. Please help me if you can. Thanks for your time -ed

Help identifying proper coil balance and coil balance shoe
I had a broken balance shoe. I removed the coil balance and shoe and need help identifying what replacement part(s) I need. Can I buy just a replacement shoe or do I need the whole assembly? The number 4 is embossed on the coil that was connected to balance shoe. Thanks for your help. ... (cont.)

tilt sash window balance and shoe, ref. # 7495999
Attached are photos of a balance used to replace the old coil type lift shown next to it. The balance is 33" x 9/16" x 9/16". The old shoe from the coil type lift is 1 1/4" x 17/32". Parts for repair
Hello, these photos are from a Simonton window, I included a photo of a tag I could find. The window seems to be falling out of the bottom sash when tilted in. Also a plastic cover located higher is busted. Can you please advise what parts I need to order to fix this issue?

S140-15 seem thicker than what I needed
Hi, Some of my window coil balance covers are broken, the spring exposed and the assembly seems blocked the tilt latch, so I can't move the sash up all the way without un-latch the sash. The thickness of the balance (I have ordered one from you, 9/16") seems need one less than 1/2". Any suggestions? ... (cont.)

I have Simonton single hung, double pane windows that are 20 years old. Two have broken coils, 1 is approximately 34x70 and the other approximately 34X58.
