there are two of these one on each side if i put a screwdriver into the part on the bottom and turn the mechanism it releases the tension .

I have a Simonton single hung, dual pane, vinyl windows that needs a new balance on one side. Per my warranty paperwork, I believe the window is the Dimensions II model, circa 1996. We bought these in 2009. On 3 windows the plastic parts on the side tracks are broken. The part number is 801020. On one window, the horizontal channel on the top of the lower window is broken, but we may be able to repair it.

One of the coil balances on my window had its coil bend and lock up. The Balance has three coils in it and two are in bad shape. I would like to replace the whole balance on both sides. We are unable to locate any name/number ect on the window or balance. Its a pretty unique balance so hoping you can ID it for us. We have two window sizes 58 x 34 1/2 and 47 x 21 1/2. We need 4 for the smaller ones and 16 for the larger ones.

Depth is 0.5 in, width 1.25 in, high 3.5 in

Im try to find replacement springs for this spring.says 5.5 and 35". Also pivot lock shoes like the ones pictured. Thanks for the help

We have traco windows in our dorm building on campus. They have coiled springs in the window for a balance. The plastic holder that holds the springs are broken and need to be replaced. There are 3 constant force coils per side. The window weights 35.6lb the pivot brake/shoe is 30mm (1 1/4inch wide) by 30mm (1 1/4inch) high and 14mm (1/2inch) depth(depth of the channel. Looks like the coils are either 165 or 160 Pivot Shoe is either 15-111 or 15-191 Can you point me in the ... (cont.)

Our bottom sash weighs 30lbs and has a triple coil balance that needs replaced. We feel almost certain we need the Series 160 coils. There is no stamp identifier on the old coils that we could find. Do we need three of the 4.5lbs coils (13.5lbs) or three of the 5.5lbs (16.5lbs) coils for the 30l ... (cont.)

I have a very broken coil spring assembly I'm trying to replace. The coil does not have a weight on it but they are alside Fusion windows. About 13 years old. Double hung, tilt windows.
