15-191 Heavy Duty Pivot Shoe, 1/2" Thick

I got two windows apart after sending the first pictures it looks like the pivot arms and the shoe are both broke there is nothing in the grove to rotate the window at all, I measured the pivot that is attached at bottom of window and it measures 1.75 inches but the end is broke off that attaches to ... On my windows the parts that let the windows slide up and down on inside of window are broken there are three windows these are vinyl windows and all three have broken on the bottom on both sides of the windows, there metal and bust into. When I try to open window it will open but not stay up sinc ... (cont.)

I have determined it to be a 160 series, but I'm not sure if it has a 6 or 9 stamped on it to chose the correct one

I have a coil balance shoe I'm trying to replace. The shoe receives a coil balance similar to your series 165 coil. Pictures are attached.

I would like to purchase 2 sets of replacements for both sides of the window. I can't figure out the correct weight to buy I also can't figure out how to get the old parts out and the new ones in, Can you give directions for that? Thanks, Rick

The pics are from a Simonton Dimension I single hung vinyl window. The metal coil is one-half inch wide and the white plastic piece above is one and a sixteenth wide, which is the main body and not the "ears". I need the parts for 4 windows.

Encountered this shoe in a Graef window ( out of business) and am wondering if there is a similar shoe available on your site?

I have a heavy tilt sash window (44" wide) that I took out for cleaning. I wanted to see what kind of channel balance I would need if I ever wanted to replace it. there are two of these one on each side if i put a screwdriver into the part on the bottom and turn the mechanism it releases the tension .

I have a Simonton single hung, dual pane, vinyl windows that needs a new balance on one side. Per my warranty paperwork, I believe the window is the Dimensions II model, circa 1996. We bought these in 2009. On 3 windows the plastic parts on the side tracks are broken. The part number is 801020. On one window, the horizontal channel on the top of the lower window is broken, but we may be able to repair it.

One of the coil balances on my window had its coil bend and lock up. The Balance has three coils in it and two are in bad shape. I would like to replace the whole balance on both sides.
