Hello, I have Insul-Weld Vinyl windows. The coil on one side broke and the tilt pin (?) on the other side is broke. Pics included. Number "5" is on both coils. The coil assembly is 1 1/4" wide with 2 screws. I believe I need a double coil assembly and a tilt pin.

I got two windows apart after sending the first pictures it looks like the pivot arms and the shoe are both broke there is nothing in the grove to rotate the window at all, I measured the pivot that is attached at bottom of window and it measures 1.75 inches but the end is broke off that attaches to ... I have a coil balance shoe I'm trying to replace. The shoe receives a coil balance similar to your series 165 coil. Pictures are attached.

I would like to purchase 2 sets of replacements for both sides of the window. I can't figure out the correct weight to buy I also can't figure out how to get the old parts out and the new ones in, Can you give directions for that? Thanks, Rick

The pics are from a Simonton Dimension I single hung vinyl window. The metal coil is one-half inch wide and the white plastic piece above is one and a sixteenth wide, which is the main body and not the "ears". I need the parts for 4 windows.
