My overall window is 39-1/2" x 53-1/4". I need balances , locks and the metal device at the bottom of each sash that gets inserted into the show of the balancer. Thank you. -Domenic

The balance coils on two of my Windows broke and I need to replace them. Four total (two each side). Pictures of them are uploaded.

I am having problems with my Reliabuit 3301 window. The balance cam peg that holds the coil spring broke off. I watched your video so I can replace it if you have one. The window is large and has 3 coils. How do the coils tie together? Thanks

I have pictures of the parts, so I need model #'s and my cost on 20-50 of each. It is for a large resort and I am not sure how many they will buy at a time. The only one I'm confident in is my shoe looks like the 15-191. Thank you and I await your reply.

I am trying to find the replacement shoe in the picture. I am guessing it is more of a compression shoe since i do not have any balances that connect to it. none of my windows have a balance bar. I think its a constant force coil balance. It's the part that holds the window up when you open it. I have to prop the window up now to keep it open. Can't find Cavalier window store to check it out.

My Alliance tilt window will not stay up so am I correct in assuming I need to replace the pivot shoes and coils? It is a coil of metal in the track that lets the window slide up and down. The metal coil has unrolled and bent up. It needs to be replaced.

Vinyl dual pane windows with balances I've never seen before. Windows are on a beach house and all metal hardware not holding up well.

I need all these parts. One coil is marked 5.5 lbs. The other is for a small window and has no markings. I assume the lightest. Please send me a list of the parts so I can order them. These are out of Simonton windows.
