Hi. Several of the shoes in our windows broke after a spring cleaning effort. I've attached a photo of an intact shoe for reference. It seems that the dimensions are close to the 15-191, however mine are a bit larger. Will this product work? The springs all seem to be fine, just cracked shoes. ... (cont.)

I CAN'T SEEM TO FIND A AMERICAN WEATHER SEAL PIVOT LOCK SHOE THAT LOCK SHOE THAT LOOKS LIKE THIS. ITS BROKE IN THE TRACK AND I CANT GET IT OUT WITHOUT BREAKING IT.

The balance coils on two of my Windows broke and I need to replace them. Four total (two each side). Pictures of them are uploaded.

I am having problems with my Reliabuit 3301 window. The balance cam peg that holds the coil spring broke off. I watched your video so I can replace it if you have one. The window is large and has 3 coils. How do the coils tie together? Thanks
