My COIL BALANCE is #10.0 35 now I saw you have ones that look like my but it just says #10.0 I was wondering if that would work

Hello and thanks for your help. The bottom sash of a double hung window will not stay up. The top sash is fixed. The lock on the window is stamped with "Alliance." The sash is approximately 30x40 and weighs probably 40 pounds. Removal and inspection revealed broken plastic in the pivot shoe on ... (cont.)

I can only see part of the number etched: 610.108. The part I need is the rectangular piece that screws to the window ( three screws, visible in the pic), not the shoe. Thank you!

Hi, I am in need to replace broken balancer for 3 windows and Atrium directed me to your company for parts.

I'm looking for the constant force window balance parts in the pictures attached. It appears that the link between the white coil part at the top has broken from the shoe part at the bottom and it is free floating now. Trying to identify if the lower balance shoes are available. The top stops appear OK. We have not removed the sash channels the see if anything else is broken. If only the shoes are broken, are they replaceable without removing the sash channels?
