looking for constant force window balance parts
I'm looking for the constant force window balance parts in the pictures attached. It appears that the link between the white coil part at the top has broken from the shoe part at the bottom and it is free floating now. Broken balance shoes
Trying to identify if the lower balance shoes are available. The top stops appear OK. We have not removed the sash channels the see if anything else is broken. If only the shoes are broken, are they replaceable without removing the sash channels?

35" Replacement balancer coil needed - for Milguard Window (2013)

We would like to order a pair of window coil balances for the bottom sash- including the pivot chute, coil and support. The thickness of the pivot chute is 1/2". Sash Support Coil Balances
I need what is in the attached pictures. The cover says part number 801020 and I included a front and rear picture. I can not find any stampings on the broken coils. The sash is 19 pounds, the coil is 1/2 wide. Thank you in advance!

Coil Balance Replacement Advice
I had the upper sash on a window slam shut one morning by itself. I'm thinking of ordering a 9 lb. series 160 coil balance, 15=191 pivot shoe, and a 15=1505 coil support. Does this sound like the correct parts compared to the photos? I think just the pivot shoes are bad because the coil and coil sup ... (cont.)

I have a window that a coil spring broke. When I removed the parts there where 2 springs one stamped 8 the other 4 (assume 12 lbs). Can I get away with just installing 1 #10 spring? Thanks Mike
