15-191 Heavy Duty Pivot Shoe, 1/2" Thick

The part is a Force balance from a Milgard Tuscany 8225T double hung window. The spring has an number: 5232208 with the number 35 above it. Both balances seem to be broken.

Having a hard time tracking these parts down

Shoes measures 1 1/4" wide X 1/2" thick. Coil balance is 8#, 1/2" and hooks onto the shoe. Need the coil cap shown also. 2 sets required. Shoe is a slate blue color.

The springs have broken and need replacement parts. I hope your company has these.Thank you Ken

Hi, I have a 2008 republic vinyl replacement window that has 2 broken coil springs. The window is a small bathroom window. Enclosed are 4 pucs of the broken coil balance. Please advise me what to purchase to repair. Thank you very much.

Trying to locate this Pivot shoe for a tilt window,the little piece that attaches the balance rod has broken off the top,like a little hook if you will....thanks so much in advance for you time!

My balances do not appear to have a stamped number present. How do I determine the correct replacement? The home was built in 1995. The window is vinyl, single hung.

I need both shoes, coils, and triple supports for a bottom sash. The removed coils are marked 5,6,6 that should I believe equate to a the weight value of a 34lb sash, but I put the sash on the bathroom scale and it reads 40lbs. My COIL BALANCE is #10.0 35 now I saw you have ones that look like my but it just says #10.0 I was wondering if that would work

Hello and thanks for your help. The bottom sash of a double hung window will not stay up. The top sash is fixed. The lock on the window is stamped with "Alliance." The sash is approximately 30x40 and weighs probably 40 pounds. Removal and inspection revealed broken plastic in the pivot shoe on ... (cont.)

I can only see part of the number etched: 610.108. The part I need is the rectangular piece that screws to the window ( three screws, visible in the pic), not the shoe. Thank you!

this is one of the balancers, the spring is stamped 7.5 31" and a number 52323.the window weighs 14.1 lbs, measured it on a scale.
