On the coil spring is #5.5 and 35". The window is a 26" x 21" and weighs 15 pounds. I need replacement please

Both feet are in the shoes, but I noticed a metal coil on top of both shoes, and both have a crease in them. Im not sure where that coil extends to, or if I need new parts. Hopefully the pictures can help identify the window. Thank you, Richard

This is a triple coil window balance. I need a replacement

I would like to replace the plastic parts pictured, 4 610 108. The windows are Siminton, manufactured in 1999. The coils seem fine, it's just the plastic part, 4 610 108, that are broken. Hello, I'm looking to replace these broken / weak parts for a double hung window that won't stay in the upright position. the coil itself is 1/2" wide so mounted in that plastic housing (which is broken) it is 9/16" thick. that original gray shoe is 1/2" thick but I feel there would be room for a 9/16" shoe, given that the coil which fits in same window track is 9/16" I have attached more photos.
