Hello, Can you please help me finding a balance for the following sash size: 17 x 23 1/2 Tall, balance does not have a spring, inside track is 1 1/2 wide, 5/8" deep, and openning at front is 5/8" Attached are pictures.

The window won't stay up it comes down once lifted on the way to the top.

Looking for some help identifying this part. I can't seem to find it. I don't know the window manufacturer (note window in the background is not the same window) Windows take part #s 26-241 & 15-191 if that helps with identifying.

I think the part is the coil base shoe but I'm really just guessing. I sent a picture of the sticker on the window for the make and model if that helps as well as the broken piece.

A year or 2 I replaced both balance coils that I bought from you, 7.5 160s I think, but the sash never did stay open higher than the original and now they seem to have too much weight and only stay open a couple of inches. Seems like over time the springs got weaker and weaker. Is there something el ... (cont.)

I'm sorry I found no making on parts and nothing to describe brand of window. This is a 35 x 52 inch single hung window I was surprised it had double springs.

0m137 patent pending is the only thing written on them. there are four per window (2 each side) with the one bumper on each side. I have three windows that need these mechanisms and coils replaced. Not sure which parts are appropriate aside from the bumpers--ThanksDavid

I have a 3inch double pane vinyl window. I need to replace the coil balance but I do not know exactly what I need. The manufacturer was Weather Tite Windows in Youngstown OH who is out of business. The window measured 40x32 from trim to trim. It has a coil on each side which are both broken. I really dont know what parts are what i apologize.
