Hi always relying on Swisco as have several small unit properties and need help identifying replacement parts. See attached photo of coil spring unfoiled. The stamped numbers say 6.5 35" and don't see Swisco replacement product. Don't know if it's a Titen as noted in your web page Think best to rep ... (cont.)

Hello, Can you please help me finding a balance for the following sash size: 17 x 23 1/2 Tall, balance does not have a spring, inside track is 1 1/2 wide, 5/8" deep, and openning at front is 5/8" Attached are pictures.
