The window has no identifiable markings for manufacturer or otherwise. They said some handyman installed and never said where it came from. I am in need of two new systems. I have a double coil window balance that is needing replacement. Each coil has seven on it so I assume that means 14 lb on each side. I am looking to get a match to this part.
