I can't find any identifying marks on the window or the parts. I can't tell you that the spring is half inch wide

I'm a builder/developer/landlord in need of 2 coil counter balances for a vinyl window, 2 stops (? - is that what they're called), 2 pair of the toe tabs (at the top of the sash enabling the sash removal).
