i watched your replacement video and that looks exactly like what my window needs. From what i can tell i need to order the series 140 balance system both right and left side. The pivot lock shoes are failing in a few windows. im a bit concerned if i remove it, there's a spring loaded aspect to the mechanism that I won't be able to replicate without the special tool.

Hi folks, I've got a front picture windw, that appears to be double hung with the tilt out feature. The bottom does not stay up. Looking for this shoe from a Graef window. Need left and right shoe. Might need single and double coil balancer also. Thanks Jason

Sash is approximately 31x31. Both balancers on the bottom sash are broken as you can see. So balancer kits are required for the bottom sash.

Needing to know what part number this is so I can get replacements

Hello, I am looking to find the correct parts to fix these counter balances and shoe.

I need to replace faulty mechanism in two windows. I took pictures of the parts and the type of window. window dimensions are width 33" x height 51.75". Can anyone help identify the parts I will need to repalce the entire coil balance mechanism?

These windows were installed around 2016 the sash pin broke on Both side sides on another window. This is a photo for a reference. Do you know which one I need to order?
