Looking for the correct replacement hardware for the coil balancers on these windows.

I have a few broken window shoes that I need to replace. I was wondering if you have these in stock or something that would work. Measurements are included in the photo. Thank you

i watched your replacement video and that looks exactly like what my window needs. From what i can tell i need to order the series 140 balance system both right and left side. The pivot lock shoes are failing in a few windows. im a bit concerned if i remove it, there's a spring loaded aspect to the mechanism that I won't be able to replicate without the special tool.

Hi folks, I've got a front picture windw, that appears to be double hung with the tilt out feature. The bottom does not stay up. Sash is approximately 31x31. Both balancers on the bottom sash are broken as you can see. So balancer kits are required for the bottom sash.

Needing to know what part number this is so I can get replacements
