The coil has the sequence (#6.5 35" P) on it. We are guessing it's a 6.5 lbs Serie 160 Coil Balance and 3/4" coil single support. I need to replace the whole housing and want to be sure I have the right measurements.

Hi I'm trying to get information on replacing the lower sash pivot/friction shoes. The shoes I'll call them came unattached from the sash which causes the window to free float up and down . Are replacements available? Thanks Tom FYI these windows are not mine but my sisters.

I originally put this request in back in June of 2021. An agent requested some additional information because my balance covers look like 15-156 or 15-185 from the coil balance accessories page. Hello,I need window balance for my double hung window. Lowe can't help. The window is 25 years old. the balance has 5 on cover, it is 1.25 inch wide. Metal coil has 8 on it. Please help identify, thanks Julie

This piece has no numbers. It came from dream homes. I had to make cutout to get out after watching your video. This came out of double hung vinyl window. Looks nothing like other side coil as it is all one piece on other side.

Window wont stay up

I apologize for the picture. the measurements are 17/32" thick-1 7/32" Wide 1 3/4' tall. The windows are Fiberglass and very heavy the shoe moves with the window and the balance springs are fixed the the window frame there is 3 balance springs per side that are stamped with an 8.
