Sash is approximately 31x31. Both balancers on the bottom sash are broken as you can see. So balancer kits are required for the bottom sash.

Needing to know what part number this is so I can get replacements

Hello, I am looking to find the correct parts to fix these counter balances and shoe.

I need to replace faulty mechanism in two windows. I took pictures of the parts and the type of window. window dimensions are width 33" x height 51.75". Can anyone help identify the parts I will need to repalce the entire coil balance mechanism?

These windows were installed around 2016 the sash pin broke on Both side sides on another window. This is a photo for a reference. Do you know which one I need to order?

Greetings, I am in process of replacing my milgrad window coil and need some advice. The window coils broke down on both sides and i had replaced them in 2021. Apart from the coil i dont see any damaged to the pivot shoe or the support. I have used window coil with 9.0 lbs but i am not sure if its ... (cont.)

Hello In need of some coils for Simonton windows. Pics attached, please guide.

The coil has the sequence (#6.5 35" P) on it. We are guessing it's a 6.5 lbs Serie 160 Coil Balance and 3/4" coil single support. I need to replace the whole housing and want to be sure I have the right measurements.

Hello, I see that I have simonton windows from ~1995 (guessing) when the house was built. I have a few where it seems the coil on the sides of the windows has broke - making it so the windows won't stay open or are very hard to open and make a lot of noise. 1998 Simonton see pictures and make sure I got correct numbers. 1/2 coil S160-06. 15-191 shoe 15-150D support, which looks different.

Hi I'm trying to get information on replacing the lower sash pivot/friction shoes. The shoes I'll call them came unattached from the sash which causes the window to free float up and down . Are replacements available? Thanks Tom FYI these windows are not mine but my sisters.
