I have a 2740 channel balance. The shoe appears to be a 15-001 but I didn't see anything like the top. I found a similar one on this site labeled 19-037, however mine is only 1 1/16" at its widest point (the "wings"). The channels on my windows are only about 1 1/8" wide.

I believe I have Rollyson windows 1984 yr. Channel balance 28 in. Stamped 27-D B.S.I. Window wt. 20 lbs. Bottom shoe looks like your #15-005 and dims. Match. Top looks like #19-031 the width on winds is 1 1/16 on old part and 7/8 on new. Height of old is 7/16 and 5/8 on new?? Sash caps are your ... (cont.)

Hello, I have a 27" window channel balance that I need to replace. 27 D BSI is stamped on it. I searched the website and cannot find anything like it. Can you folks please tell me what part number I would need to order? Thank You Gary

I need 16 Balances for 8 Windows. The Balances measures 24 inches X 1/2 inch and iare stamped with the number 2320. See attached pictures.

The 18" (1720) balance I need appears to have 15-005 bottom sach and 19-037 top sash. I am a contractor and need to change them for 14 windows (total needed 28). do you have any fully assembled I can order? Thanks, Nick

I have windows with 24 inch channel balances. Some are stamped 23C, some are 2330 and some are 2320. Anyway, they all have the same ends as shown in the photos. Could you please confirm the parts I need? I would like to order the balances pre-assembled.

Good Morning, I am replacing channel balances on three, non-tilt single hung windows. The house is new to me but was built in 1982. I am having trouble finding an exact replacement for the support channel balances. I will attach some pictures of the ends and maybe you can give me the correct parts #. The rods are 1/2" X 31" and are stamped 3030. Thank You

I reviewed all your pictures but am unable to match the ends of the channel balance I need. Pictures are enclosed. Markings on the channesl are 23 D and B.S.I. Width of the channel is 9/16" and the width on the channel plastic top is 1-7/16, bottom is 7/8.

I recently placed for a S371-24 replacement balance and the top piece on the window balance does not work. I found the part in replacement parts but not already assembled with the balances. Can you put Rollyson 19-037 top with the bottom of the Series 371? Can I rivet the 19-037 top into the bala ... (cont.)

You should be able to remove them from the sash. If you're uncertain, you may submit a photo of your application.

i have a 1/2 x 30" channel with markings 2920 j2.. i am having a hard time identifying the top and shoe as they are broken..can i take some pictures with measurements and email them to you to help with id ?
