I need this part with a 14" arm. I see it with a 9" arm.

Good morning, I ordered (2) 39-099 Andersen operators because they had the same arm size as my original at 9", and the same housing. We did not know they would not work on a casement window. Casement window, handle wont turn

As noted in the photo, the plastic piece on the end of the casement window arm is broken. Checking to see what would be the best to use to replace it thank you

Works out except just before closing. Numbers visable in photo. Removal looks hard, no need as in movie, but wood on top looks glued along length.

the opener is from an Anderson Window. From the rivot on the end of the arm to the center of where the arm meets the mounting bracket is 14". The base is 5 3/8" wide. Need a new opener unit. Internal mechanical parts seem all wallrd out. 16 inch arm Anderson opener. I'll also need any required hardware to replace. Thanks!

Under the cover of the operator are two codes - B61529 &. B61530 At the end of swing arm it attaches to a track with a pin, and then that track has rollers in it. There are numbers on the hinge, part of the window plate and these are. 0618707. & 1361348.

i believe these are the original windows and the house was built in the early 80s near sacramento california. the interiors are wood and the exterior seems to be clad with vinyl. i will be so appreciative if you can help me find the handle and other parts! thanks.
