Looking for these balances

Balances in windows on home in SC built in 2000. No markings on glass, sash, sills nowhere. Upper sash doesn't move. Slides up and down and can open inwards and be removed. Thank you for any help in finding replacement balances.

Dears, I was wondering if you carry attached pivotbar and pivotshoes? If you do not carry same, may you have a replacer? I ordered a pivotbar before, but the lenght going into the pivotshoes is a little short. This is also shown on the attached image. Kindly advice. Thank you.
