I have 291/2 to 29 1/4. Inch sizes And 15. 1-4"

So, inspected this MW window and is in need of balancers, pivot lock shoes, 1 tilt latch and possibly metal tilt pins, depending on your thoughts with the new shoe.I believe the balancer is S900-29 and -26 for upper and lower spiral balancer 26" and 29" x 3/8" tube, but sash seems light and tips are ... Despite purchasing the exact same pivot bar as existing one and using the same fasteners customers are unable to screw them all of the way in. They go in half way before just stopping. The photos are for verification that both the new and old bars are the same size. Is anyone familiar with this issu ... (cont.)

We have tilting double hung windows and a few of them do not stay open since the hardware is broken. I have attached the images from the windows. Please let me know if you have the parts that we would need for fixing these and the cost. Thanks Vineet
