is there a part that allows one to open or close a casement window that is overhead, with a long rod style handle?

I am trying to find a universal replacement hook for a skylight that uses this type of hook end on the pole. It also attaches to the crank spline of the skyl;ight opening mechanism as this (in your picture) attaches to the pole. Thank you, Ernie

These are certainteed windows. I have three windows that need the shown. I trolled arm attachment that can be used with a telescoping pole adjuster.
