Hello, I need to replace 8 broken balance parts in the new house I moved in to. The picture shows one of those which broke into two halves. It is attached to two springs for holding the window. Following up on a recent conversation with a SWISCO service gentleman and sending more information on the coil balance replacement parts I am looking for to use on my CertainTeed double hung tilt window. I'm undecided which replacement I need. The certainTeed 15-192 matches measurements but the configuration is different in minor ways. The only text I find is"China". There is one coil balance per side.

The part I'm looking for connects the balance to the sash plastic piece that rides in channel in window frame with round metal piece that allows window to tilt in.The Simonton windows were manufactured 4/21/11 I assume there is a left and right for each sash. Thank you

Looking for parts for our old windows - Owen Corning from 2001. The coil springs of several windows are breaking. The pivot shoe dimensions : 1 1/4 , 1 1/2 and 7/8. The number on the pivot shoe is 9. The number on the coil is 10.

Hello, I have a Simonton window with broken pivot hardware. There are actually quite a few of these in the home but only one has broken hardware. I am hoping to be able to order a couple sets of the replacement hardware in the event that another one breaks. Can you help?

The only identifier, after removing the hardware, is #5.5 37 inchs PAT 5232208 on the coil. I need all the proper hardware to replace all coil balances on both sides of the window, the pivot shoes, and coil supports. not sure if this setup is considered single coil, double coil, or more.
