Hi, looking to for a coil balance. The bottom part is 1 15/32" in height, 13/16" thick, 1 1/4" wide. Spring holder is 1 9/16" in height, 7/8" thick, and 1 1/4" wide. The coil is 3/4" wide.

I have all seers windows double hung 45" x 51 by 9300 series White double hung I'm looking for the plastic parts for the canhope you can help. Thanks Bob Breiner

I am working on Certainteed Bryan Mawr II windows. I need 4 pivot shoes- they look like your 15-192 but are there others that look the same? I bought 4 15-192 CertainTeed Pivot Springs to replace my Simonton broken pivot springs in a double hung Simonton window. The replacement cam on the inside in the new pivot does not fit the pivit bar on my Simonton window, so I exchanged the new u-shaped cam with the old cam. It still does not slide ... (cont.)

The window sash lock snapped, I'm trying to replace it.

My window will no longer stay up when we open it. The top window operates normally. I am not sure what parts I need. If the pics are not enough I can take the shoe out and look for a part number and measure it. The problem is this is a rental and Im not there at the moment.

In 2011, I purchased Simonton double hung windows through Home Depot and recently one of the pivot shoes cracked. I purchased 2 different pivot shoes from you.
