Hi, I removed this coil balance from one side of my double-hung vinyl window. Both coils have broken. The cover shows CertainTeed. The window size is 32 1/2 x 25 1/2 inches double pane. Do you have the replacement part? Thanks Ron O

I need to replace the window balances. One is broken and obviously the window will not stay open. The window is a Simonton 33.75x60.5" double hung. I'm trying to figure out what balance will work for this window. They were installed in 2010.

Hi,I have 20 year old simonton vinyl windows.I have a broken spring(they call balancer)on the bottom sash.Sash is only 34 inches wide by 17.5 inches high.It is the stainless coil type,sitting on a white plastic barrel,in a white "L"shaped bracket.In the pics,the two coils are the one broken spring. ... SA 409 is stamped on the metal coil. what coil weight is needed for this 3/4 inch wide coil. and please let me know how much it costs.

Two of our tilt windows broke around the pivot lock shoe. Tried getting 4 new quick tilts for 15lb windows, but they were a totally different size. What parts should we order?

Do you have the nylon part to this ? The ribbon is 3/4" wide.

appears to be a single coil where the spring snapped. sash is 12.8 lbs, i want to replace both springs, not just the broken one. I cannot find any numbers or even a manufacturer/model number anywhere on the window itself. the vinyl track has no cutouts for spring replacement (though i found a YT wh ... (cont.)

I needed several of these to replace broken ones. The coil is 3/4 inches wide. The screw hole distance is 1 9/16 inch. The top part is 3 1/8 by 1 and 1/4 by 3/4 inch deep. The total length with quick latch is about 4".

Please help me identify this part by name. I would like to place an order today, Jan 13th, if possible.
