My window will no longer stay up when we open it. The top window operates normally. I am not sure what parts I need. If the pics are not enough I can take the shoe out and look for a part number and measure it. The problem is this is a rental and Im not there at the moment.

In 2011, I purchased Simonton double hung windows through Home Depot and recently one of the pivot shoes cracked. I purchased 2 different pivot shoes from you. Hi, I removed this coil balance from one side of my double-hung vinyl window. Both coils have broken. The cover shows CertainTeed. The window size is 32 1/2 x 25 1/2 inches double pane. Do you have the replacement part? Thanks Ron O

I need to replace the window balances. One is broken and obviously the window will not stay open. The window is a Simonton 33.75x60.5" double hung. I'm trying to figure out what balance will work for this window. They were installed in 2010.

SA 409 is stamped on the metal coil. what coil weight is needed for this 3/4 inch wide coil. and please let me know how much it costs.
